  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Coverage

JioCart currently ships across India.

We strive to deliver products to all serviceable PIN codes through our trusted courier partners.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 3-7 Business Days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5-10 Business Days

  • Remote Areas: 7-14 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible locations across India.

JioCart reserves the right to disable COD for certain products, locations, or high-risk orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where applicable).

You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment's status.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

JioCart is not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Take photos of the package before opening.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and supporting photos.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
